Zzova Refund & Return Policy

At Zzova, our goal is to provide products that help calm the mind, ease stress, and support better sleep. We stand behind our products and recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days, and you are within our 90-day money-back guarantee period, you may contact us at hello@zzova.com for support.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make adjustments. If your cancellation is approved within this timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


90-Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe in the Zzova Pod and encourage customers to try it for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If after 14 days you are still unhappy with your results, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase. Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We package our products carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect, arrives broken, or is not functioning properly. Packaging damage, such as a dented box, does not qualify if the product inside is unaffected. We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
To report a damaged item, email hello@zzova.com with a clear photo of the issue. If the item qualifies, we will send a replacement at no cost.


Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to deliver your order quickly, delays can occur due to courier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact the courier directly for updates. Zzova is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed to the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
